Because digital products are delivered instantly, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase.
Sale Items

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Manufacturer Responsibility

Please do not send products back to us unless specifically instructed to do so in writing.
Shipping Issues

- Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Weather-related shipping delays
If tracking shows a package as delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding missing package claims.
Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, it will only be for the identical item originally purchased.
Chargebacks & Disputes
